McGuire Builders completed an extensive renovation that included the lobby re-imaging: an ensemble of Pacific, Indonesian, and Mediterranean styles accented with warm teak woods, copper and tan shaded fabrics and textured weaves; the creation of the lobby bar,
the remodel of the world island cuisine restaurant “Sol” and last but certainly not least, a major facelift of the exterior including a newly designed entry and patio dining area. From the renovation of the guestrooms and private villas to the many back house and site projects, this beautiful 26 acre property overlooking Newport Beach displays some of McGuire Builders versatility and dedication to the hospitality industry.
