This 4 diamond beachfront property resort in Santa Monica was just the place the Pritiken Longevity Center was looking
for to relocate its nearby outdated facility. McGuire Builders completed this 7,500 square foot health spa expansion and
renovation in just 10 weeks. The scope of the renovation included the reception and retail area, a full-service fitness
center, men’s and women’s locker rooms, wet & dry massage rooms, skincare treatment rooms, a full service beauty
salon and administrative support facilities.
This project was awarded the “Lodging Hospitality” Years Best Design Award.
