The Montage Laguna Beach is the first property developed by Montage Hotels and Resorts. McGuire Builders was the perfect match for the Montage’s first renovation since its opening. The renovation included 235 rooms including 60 luxury bungalows to capture the charm and artistic heritage of this craftsman style resort. The project was a complete success; completed in 5 months, ahead of schedule and under budget.
