Dean Zeiger has worked with McGuire Builders for 8 years and has worked in a hospitality role since 1991.  He excels in senior project management, estimating and contract sales.  He previously managed a portfolio of 12 full-service hotels nationwide, managing all cyclical & ROI renovations.  In his current role with McGuire Builders he negotiates general and subcontract agreements, develops preconstruction and construction scheduling, reviews Architectural, Structural & MEP drawings for constructability  and pricing & interpretation of California construction laws and language.
