Jeff Jones is an experienced Project Manager within the construction and real estate industry with a proven history of successfully completing a variety of projects from high-end residential, hospitality, retail and healthcare. Jeff has a comprehensive background is all facets of Project Management from pre-construction and planning, design management, procurement, contract management, value engineering, cost/change management, and risk analysis. With well over two decades of diverse experience, a recognized ability to execute and tenacity for excellence, Jeff has proven himself to be an accomplished project manager with a proven track record of successful project producing results.


From estimating through construction, to close out, Jeff is a results oriented decisive leader that provides sound direction and advice to ensure efficient delivery of facilities and projects.  He has extensive knowledge of all phases of construction from excavation through building finishes.  Jeff’s communication competencies have allowed him to develop exceptional client, design team, consultant and subcontractor relations. Jeff studied Business Administration at Cal State Fullerton and holds a General Building Contractors “B” license, a “C-9” license (Drywall) and a

“C-35” (Plaster) license.
