Terri Perna has a background in the construction industry that spans over nineteen years.  She has an in-depth knowledge of all aspects of project coordination and administration.  Terri has been an integral part of the McGuire Builders team for over 15 years providing her expertise in Contracts, P.O.’s, RFI’s, Change Orders and Submittal procedures, general project administration and an overall ability to engineer projects with the utmost organization.  She manages and coordinates the company’s Master Builder Program, Procore and project accounting integration and oversees MBI’s project engineering team.  Terri is a member of the National Association of Women in Construction and has obtained certificates in several Construction Management disciplines.
