Carlos Garcia has a diverse background in the construction industry that spans over 10 years.  He has an in depth knowledge of all aspects of Project Coordination, and provides expertise in Contracts, P.O.s, RFI’s, Change Orders and Submittal procedures, and an overall ability to engineer projects with the utmost organization.  Prior to joining McGuire Builders, Inc., Carlos was a Project Engineer for a General Contracting firm specializing in building renovations, ground up recreation and commercial buildings, and historic building restorations.  Carlos is experienced in all LEED functions and has worked on several public buildings in Los Angeles that have achieved LEED Certification.
