Michael Tande is the Co-President and Chief Operating Officer and Owner of McGuire Builders, Inc.  Michael brings to the McGuire team over 30 years of hospitality development and construction experience.  Michael’s experience consists of project management and supervision of a wide range of hospitality renovation adaptive reuse and new build hotel and resort construction projects.  Prior to joining McGuire, Michael was a Senior Vice President/Project Manager for Lowe Enterprises, Inc. and Destination Hotels & Resorts.  His most recent projects including the renovation of the Viceroy Snowmass, a luxury hotel at the base of the Snowmass ski mountain in Colorado, new construction of a 582 room Terranea Resort located in Rancho Palos Verdes, new construction of the Lodge at Suncadia and Conference Center located in Roslyn, Washington; as well as over 30 hotel renovation projects across the country.  These projects included the Hotel Del Coronado, The Langham Pasadena (formerly Ritz-Carlton) Huntington Hotel, the renovation of the Washington DC Fairmont, the complete interior and exterior renovation of the historic Eden Roc Hotel and Spa, located in Miami Beach, Florida.  Michael’s firm understanding of project design and implementation brings an all-encompassing constructability and implementation perspective to the team and array of McGuire projects.
