McGuire Builders, Inc. is an experienced General Contractor specializing in hospitality renovation and construction. For over 30 plus years, we have been
helping our clients re-envision and reposition upscale and luxury hotel and resort properties. We have built lasting relationships with Owners, Developers, and Hotel Operators and have worked closely with all the top architects and design consultants in the hospitality industry.
McGuire Builders, Inc. has done countless renovations of hotel lobbies, guestrooms and corridors, ballrooms, clubs, restaurants and other public areas, health spas, exterior upgrades, pool decks and other amenities, and overall facilities renovations. We have also done numerous stand alone restaurants and club projects.
We work closely with our clients to provide project concepts, pre-construction budget estimating and professional services for turn-key projects of all types and sizes. Our projects range from very modest projects for a hotel’s Directors of Engineering up to $75 million property-wide renovations, including historic adaptive re-use projects. This broad range in the scope of service is central to our philosophy of unlimited service and repeat business with our clients.
