When creating the “members only” second American house for the SoHo House in West Hollywood no detail was spared. The SoHo House occupies the top 2 floors of a 14 story building.  We added a private 27,000 square foot restaurant and club and 50 seat private theater/screening room. Another structural floor was added to the building to create the beautiful outdoor dining area inclusive of a custom pewter bar, retractable roof, koi pond and ancient olive trees with a 360 degree view of LA as a backdrop.
